New Thermal Conductivity Apparatus

New thermal conductivity apparatus from LaserComp Inc for testing materials from vacuum panels to stainless steel, and for foam samples and glass fibre mats upto 300mm thickness. From 10 mils liquid or a 50mm diameter solid polymer sample to 760mm square foam pieces.

Contract Testing

We offer rapid contract testing to ISO8301, BS874, DIN52612 and EN12667-2001 with a turn-around time of typically under 1 week at competitive prices. Maximum sample size 100mm thickness and minimum 50mm diameter by 2mm thick solid or 10 to 20mils low viscosity liquid.

Fox 50

Fox 50 with optional autosampler which covers solid materials from 2mm to 25mm thick by 50 to 62mm diameter covering the range from under 0.1 to over 10Watts/metre.K and also low viscosity liquids in the special liquid cell.T range from 0 to 100C or 40C to 190C or 40C to 300C.

Fox 200

Fox 200 for foams etc up to 50mm thick x 200mm square - this also is available with optional autosampler. T range from -25C standard to +95C with a special low T option to -160C available which needs liquid nitrogen. HT version from 0C to 175C mean Temperatures.

Fox 304 & 314

Fox 304 or 314 which cover upto 100mm thick samples of foams etc with either the unique edge guard (Fox 304) or an autosampling option on the 314.

This is the most popular system in the UK so far!

Fox 600, 603 & 630

Fox 600, 603 and 630 which can handle upto 200mm thick samples of vacuum panels, foams and glass fibre mats with options of 2, 5 or 6 thermocouples per plate and range of transducer options. NPL and Cedex Madrid use the Fox 630 with 5 transducers in a X formation plus the edge guard - giving 6 outputs per plate. The Fox 600 is also available with an autosampler option and even larger 800 series as at the BBA in Garston, Herts
